Trust the System

Ahhhh, that’s a wonderful feeling.

No, not finally sitting down after an hour and a half at the gym. Not that one. Nor the soreness in my muscles or the anticipation of eating this juicy cheese and steak Subway sandwich while enjoying The Walking Dead (two more amazing feelings).

I’m talking about the guarantee that my part of the equation is done for the day, so I can sit down, relax and watch the other half complete itself. And that’s all it is. Any mental or physical fatigue you’re going through right now is, simply put, an indicator that you have done what you can, and now it’s time to relax. Remember, don’t overwork or overthink, work consistently for an amount you know you can uphold and rinse and repeat. Simple.

Trust the system. It takes care of itself.
